Andrew was a Naval Officer for 13 years, prior to training as an ordained Anglican minister, and returned to Navy as a reserve chaplain some 10 years on. In addition to parish ministry roles, he has worked in executive and senior management roles overseeing ministry training to youth and young adults, aged care and palliative care chaplaincy. Andrew has served voluntarily in governance and executive roles in a number of Christian and NFP organisations. He is currently a Senior Chaplain in the NSW Police Force and provides professional/pastoral supervision to Navy Chaplains/MSWOs.
