Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations made 29 – 14 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation per booking cancelled.
Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total of the booked accommodation. No shows will also be charged for the total of the booking.

Guests can cancel without a fee up until 31 days prior to arrival. The first night’s deposit will be taken from the credit card provided per room booking 30 days prior to arrival; this deposit will be forfeited should any rooms cancel up until 8 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the full amount of the booked room rate.
